BENTON HARBOR, Mich. —The Economic Club of Southwestern Michigan announced its 2016-2017 Speakers Series today. Club President Mike Cook said that Mitt Romney, former presidential candidate and Massachusetts governor, will kick off the season Oct. 18. Others in the series include Dana Perino, co-host ofFox’s “The Five” and former White House press secretary; Capt. Scott Kelly, a history-making NASA astronaut and retired U.S. Navy captain; Michio Kaku, world-renowned physicist, futurist and best-selling author; and Anderson Cooper, broadcast journalist and Anchor of CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360o.”

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. — The Economic Club of Southwestern Michigan announced its 2015-2016 Speakers Series today. Club President Mike Cook said that Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computer, Inc., is the first guest, Oct. 20. Others on the roster include political columnist George Will, Pulitzer-prize winning syndicated columnist and commentator Charles Krauthammer, Presidential historian and Pulitzer-prize winning author Doris Kearns Goodwin, historian and best-selling author David McCullough and former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.

Retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens Starts Season Sept. 23
BENTON HARBOR, Mich. — The Economic Club of Southwestern Michigan announced its 2014-2015 Speakers Series today. Club President Mike Cook said that retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens would address The Club at its first meeting Sept. 23. Other renowned guests in this year's lineup include Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, comedian Jay Leno, former presidential candidate and Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and retired general and former CIA Director David Petraeus.
